Abogado, socio del estudio, graduado de la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Argentina. Tiene Post-grados en Business Administration Universidad de Berkeley, California (EE.UU.), y en mercado de capitales en la Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

Su área de práctica se concentra en el Derecho Empresario, y en especial en las cuestiones legales vinculadas con el lanzamiento de nuevas empresas.

Como integrante del Departamento de Nuevos Emprendimientos del estudio, desde el año 2000 ha asesorado tanto a Emprendedores, Inversores, como a los Centros de Emprendedores e instituciones que apoyan el fomento de la actividad emprendedora en nuestro país.

Así, junto al Centro de Entrepreneurship del IAE, Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Austral; del ITBA, de la UCEMA; a la Competencia “Desafío Joven” de SHELL y ACDE, y a instituciones como Fundación ENDEAVOR, Chrysalis Argentina, Banco Río, EMPREAR, DINAMICA.SE (UTN), BUSINESS ANGELS CLUB, entre otras, colabora en la capacitación profesional y soporte de mas de 600 nuevos emprendedores por año.

El Departamento de Nuevos Emprendimientos del Estudio Uriburu-Bosch & Asoc., es pionero en cuestiones legales del Entrepreneurship en la Argentina, y ha participado en el lanzamiento de mas de 50 nuevas empresas en los últimos 2 años.

MANUEL TANOIRA is a Partner, a member of the Board of Directors, and coordinates the Business and Contracts Department of the Firm.

Mr. Tanoira concentrate his practice in Business Law, Tax and Contracts matters. He has an intensive experience in all areas of commercial litigation, complex business litigation and contratc claims.

Mr. Tanoira joined the Firm in 1993 and became a Partner in 1997.

He has worked at the San Francisco Law Firm Cooley Godward LLP. In 1999 he worked as an assistant to the Sub Secretary of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

As a member of The Entrepreneurship Department of the Firm since 1999, he has been the legal advisor of several Start Ups.

He is also the legal advisor of some of the most prestigious Entrepreneurship Centers of Argentina, such as the Entrepreneurship Center of the IAE Business School; CEMA; Live Wire of Argentina (Shell Foundation), and ultimately the Entrepreneurship Center of ITBA (Technological Institute of Buenos Aires), where he is a Co Founder, and has lectured several courses on topics relating to Law for Entrepreneurs. He has also lectured in the "Law & Internet" course organized by "El Derecho" Law Review during year 2000.
